 Terri Caulfield is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Originally, her career began with Southeast in the late 1980's as a residential appraiser. Having held various positions in business in the Orlando area over the next 25 years and also taking some time off to raise a family, Terri then returned to Southeast Appraisal in 2003 . Terri is currently the Chief Financial Officer and is very involved in daily support activities with the Residential Appraisal Department. Terri also has her Florida Real Estate License and is active in selling and listing Orlando area real estate. Clients have trusted Southeast for their real estate appraisal needs since 1973.
